Hand thrown teapot with pulled handle. Made with red stoneware clay which is rich in colour and had some flecks of iron, glazed in a mottled white glaze. The combination of these two elements creates a mottled blue finish. There is variation in the surface of the glaze making every piece totally unique. Fired in an electric kiln to 1260 degrees, this teapot is perfect for sharing pots of tea with friends.
